Landscape inspection and certification through delivery

Plan compatibility, site inspections and post-installation compliance to support construction milestones and project close-out.

Understanding landscape certification

Certification carries approved landscape intent through the build. We review plans and site conditions, inspect installed work and record whether the outcome aligns with project requirements. Post-installation compliance is part of this same pathway, not a disconnected service page.

Scope, fees and deliverables are confirmed after we understand the site, planning pathway and project goals. Information here is educational and not a fixed fee proposal.

Built around the site and purpose.

  • 01Landscape plan compatibility certification
  • 02Pre-construction landscape review
  • 03Construction-stage site inspections
  • 04Practical completion landscape checks
  • 05Planting establishment and consent-condition review
  • 06Close-out support for councils, certifiers, owners and strata

What may be requested later

Start with a short enquiry. If we continue, we will explain which drawings, conditions or site details are useful and how to share them.

  1. 01Approved landscape plans and relevant conditions
  2. 02Construction stage and access arrangements
  3. 03As-built notes or contractor markups where available
  4. 04Planting schedules, species lists and completion photographs

Before you start.

When should certification be booked?

As early as the approval pathway requires it. A review may be needed before critical construction stages, with a further inspection once landscape works are sufficiently complete.

What if installed works differ from the approved plans?

We document findings honestly. Remediation, revised drawings or further consultation may be needed before compliance can be confirmed.

Can staged or incomplete works be inspected?

Partial findings can be recorded where useful, but full compliance certification depends on the relevant work and conditions being assessable.

Does an enquiry lock me into a design package?

No. An enquiry starts a design conversation. Scope, fees and deliverables are confirmed once we understand the site, planning pathway and your goals.

Share the site basics. We will map the next step.
